Sastojci: 50 g shea putera, 30 ml kokosovog ulja, 20 ml bademovog ulja (ili maslinovog ulja), 10 kapi eteričnog ulja peperminta (paprene metvice), 10 kapi eteričnog ulja lavande, 5 kapi eteričnog ulja limuna (opciono, za drenazu).
Priprema:
1. Na pari ili u mikrotalasnoj lagano otopi shea puter i kokosovo ulje.
2. Dodaj bademovo ulje i dobro promešaj da se sjedini.
3. Skinuti sa sporeta i kada se smesa malo prohladi, dodaj eterična ulja i još jednom promešaj.
4. Sipaj u čistu teglicu i ostavi da se potpuno ohladi i stegne.

- Utrljaj malu količinu kreme na stopala, posebno na zglobove i luk stopala, dva puta dnevno.
- Za jači efekat možeš stopala blago podići i staviti kremu pre spavanja.
