Krema od mleka (Milk cream)

Sastojci: 100 ml mleka, 200 ml odabranog ulja*

Priprema:

1. Mleko sipati u užu i dublju posudu.

2. Štapnim mikserom mutiti oko 3 minuta dok mleko ne počne blago da se zgušnjava.

3. Početi postepeno dodavanje odabranog ulja, prvo po malo, uz stalno mućenje.

4. Nastaviti dodavanje i mućenje dok se svo ulje ne sjedini sa mlekom i smesa ne postane gušća, glatka i kremasta.

5. Gotovu smesu sipati u čistu bočicu ili teglicu.

Upotreba:

Naneti malu količinu na čistu kožu i lagano umasirati dok se potpuno ne upije.

Čuvanje:

Čuvati u frižideru i potrošiti u roku od 2–3 dana.

Napomena za ulje

Varijante ulja sa efektom na kožu:

 1. Za normalnu kožu : suncokretovo ulje ili ulje uljane repice.

Efekat na kožu: hidrira i hrani, čini kožu glatkom i elastičnom

 2. Za suvu kožu : maslinovo ulje ili ulje safranike.

Efekat na kožu: intenzivno hrani i štiti od isušivanja, obnavlja lipidni sloj, daje dugotrajnu mekoću.

 3. Za masnu ili kombinovanu kožu : sojino ulje ili ulje semenki pamuka.

Efekat na kožu: hidrira bez otežavanja, pomaže u balansiranju sebuma, umiruje i nežno hrani

 4. Za osetljivu kožu : kikiriki ulje ili mešavina blagih ulja (npr. suncokretovo + ulje safranike).

Efekat na kožu: obnavlja i štiti, smiruje iritacije, pruža nežnu hidrataciju.

Ingredients: 100 ml milk, 200 ml selected oil*

Preparation:

1. Pour the milk into a narrower and deeper container.

2. Beat with a stick mixer for about 3 minutes until the milk begins to thicken slightly.

3. Start gradually adding the selected oil, first little by little, with constant mixing.

4. Continue adding and whisking until all the oil is combined with the milk and the mixture becomes thicker, smooth and creamy.

5. Pour the finished mixture into a clean bottle or jar.

Usage:

Apply a small amount to clean skin and gently massage until completely absorbed.

Storage:

Store in the refrigerator and consume within 2-3 days.

Note for oil

Variants of oils with an effect on the skin:

 1. For normal skin : sunflower oil or canola oil.

Effect on the skin: hydrates and nourishes, makes the skin smooth and elastic.

 2. For dry skin : olive oil or safflower oil.

Effect on the skin: intensively nourishes and protects against drying, restores the lipid layer, gives long-lasting softness.

 3. For oily or combination skin : soybean oil or cottonseed oil.

Effect on the skin: hydrates without weighing it down, helps balance sebum, soothes and gently nourishes

 4. For sensitive skin : peanut oil or a mixture of mild oils (e.g. sunflower + safflower oil).

Effect on the skin: restores and protects, soothes irritations, provides gentle hydration.
