Potrebno: staklena činija, kašika za mešanje, levak, tamna boca ili bočica za šampon.

Priprema:

1. Skuvaj jak čaj od koprive* (pred kraj clanka je uputstvo).

2. U činiju sipati tečni kastilj sapun ili prirodni neutralni šampon.

3. Dodati ohlađen čaj od koprive i lagano promešati.

4. Dodati jabukovo sirće, med i glicerin. Mešati dok se sve ne sjedini.

5. Dodati eterično ulje čajevca i eterično ulje lavande.

6. Pomoću levka sipati šampon u bocu i lagano promućkati.

Napomena 1 za blagi tečni kastilj sapun:

Ne sadrži sulfate, parabene i jake sintetičke deterdžente kao obični komercijalni sapuni.

Upotreba

  1. Nanesite malu količinu na mokru kosu i temeljno izmasirajte teme glave.
  2. Ostavite da deluje oko 1–2 minuta.
  3. Isperite mlakom vodom.

Koristiti 2–3 puta nedeljno.

Zašto ovi sastojci pomažu?

- Kopriva pomaže u jačanju korena kose i smiruje iritacije temena.

- Jabukovo sirće vraća prirodni pH kože glave i pomaže u uklanjanju peruti.

- Med hidrira kožu i smanjuje svrab.

- Ulje čajevca deluje protiv gljivica koje često uzrokuju perut.

- Lavanda smiruje kožu i daje prijatan miris.

Napomena 2 za jak čaj od koprive

Ako koristiš kesice:

- 2–3 kesice na 100 ml vode

- Ako koristiš rinfuz (sušenu koprivu):

- 1 puna kašika na 100 ml vode

Kako da ga napraviš?

1. Prelij koprivu ključalom vodom.

2. Poklopi (bitno da ne ispare aktivne supstance).

3. Ostavi 15–20 minuta.

4. Procedi i OBAVEZNO ohladi pre dodavanja u šampon.

Mali trik (da bude baš jak):

Ako želiš još jači efekat protiv peruti, možeš:

- ostaviti da odstoji i do 30 minuta, ili

- blago izgnječiti biljku kašikom dok stoji.

Napomena 3:

Ako je perut vrlo uporna ili praćena jakim svrabom i crvenilom, moguće je da je u pitanju seboreični dermatitis, pa je tada dobro kombinovati prirodnu negu sa dermatološkim savetom.

Ingredients: 200 ml of mild liquid castile soap* or natural neutral shampoo, 100 ml of strong nettle tea**, (chilled), 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar, 1 teaspoon of honey, 1 teaspoon of glycerin (optional, for hydration), 5 drops of tea tree essential oil, 3 drops of lavender essential oil.

Needed: glass bowl, mixing spoon, funnel, dark bottle or shampoo bottle.

Preparation:

1. Brew strong nettle tea* (instructions are near the end of the article).

2. Pour liquid castile soap or natural neutral shampoo into a bowl.

3. Add cooled nettle tea and mix gently.

4. Add apple cider vinegar, honey and glycerin. Mix until everything is combined.

5. Add tea tree essential oil and lavender essential oil.

6. Using a funnel, pour the shampoo into the bottle and shake gently.

Note 1 for mild liquid castile soap:

It does not contain sulfates, parabens and strong synthetic detergents like ordinary commercial soaps.

Usage

  1. Apply a small amount to wet hair and massage thoroughly into the scalp.
  2. Leave it on for about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Rinse with lukewarm water.

Use 2-3 times a week.

Why do these ingredients help?

- Nettle helps to strengthen hair roots and soothes scalp irritations.

- Apple cider vinegar restores the natural pH of the scalp and helps remove dandruff.

- Honey hydrates the skin and reduces itching.

- Tea tree oil works against the fungi that often cause dandruff.

- Lavender calms the skin and gives a pleasant smell.

Note 2 for strong nettle tea

If you use sachets:

- 2–3 sachets per 100 ml of water

- If you use bulk (dried nettle):

- 1 full tablespoon per 100 ml of water

How do you make it?

1. Pour boiling water over the nettle.

2. Cover (it is important that the active substances do not evaporate).

3. Leave for 15–20 minutes.

4. Strain and BE SURE to cool before adding to shampoo.

A little trick (to be really strong):

If you want an even stronger effect against dandruff, you can:

- let it stand for up to 30 minutes, or

- slightly crush the plant with a spoon while it is standing.

Note 3:

If dandruff is very persistent or accompanied by severe itching and redness, it is possible that it is seborrheic dermatitis, so it is good to combine natural care with dermatological advice.
