Sastojci: 1 šolja Epsom soli, ½ šolje morske soli, ½ šolje sode bikarbone, 10–20 kapi eteričnog ulja lavande ili eteričnog ulja, eukaliptus, 1 kašičica kokosovog ulja.
Šolja je od 240 g.
Priprema:
1. U većoj činiji pomešaj Epsom so, morsku so i sodu bikarbonu dok se ravnomerno ne sjedine.
2. Dodaj eterično ulje po izboru (lavanda za opuštanje ili eukaliptus za osveženje) i dobro promešaj da se miris ravnomerno rasporedi.
3. Umešaj blago otopljeno kokosovo ulje i nastavi da mešaš dok smeša ne postane blago vlažna i ujednačena.
- Ako je čvrsto kokosovo ulje, samo ga malo zagrej (npr. u toploj vodi da postane tečno. Treba da bude mlako, da se lepo umeša u so – ne da topi sastojke ili stvara grudve.
4. Ako ima grudvica, lagano ih razbij kašikom ili rukom.
5. Prespi gotovu so u suvu, čistu teglu sa poklopcem.
6. Čuvaj na suvom i tamnom mestu.
Napomena
- Ako imaš osetljivu kožu ili neku kožnu reakciju, prvo testiraj manju količinu.
- Izbegavaj ako imaš otvorene rane.
Napomena 2:
Na ovu količinu osnovne mešavine epsom soli, morske soli i sode bikarbone, dodaje se 1 kašičica kokosovog ulja i 10-20 kapi eteričnih ulja po izboru. Ostale sastojke možete dodavati po izboru, suvo bilje i začini, ovsene pahuljice, mleko u prahu.
Kako se koristi?
Dodaj 2–4 kašike ove smeše u toplu kupku i potopi se 15–20 minuta.
Rok trajanja
Domaća so za kupanje može da traje oko 3 do 6 meseci, a često i duže ako je dobro čuvaš.
Da bi trajala što duže:
- drži je u dobro zatvorenoj tegli.
- čuvaj na suvom i tamnom mestu (vlaga je najveći neprijatelj).
- koristi suvu kašiku kada zahvataš.
Napomena za rok trajanja:
- Miris eteričnih ulja može vremenom da oslabi (posle par meseci).
- Ako primetiš vlagu, promenu mirisa ili teksture, bolje je baciti I napraviti novu turu.

Notes:
- If you have sensitive skin or a skin reaction, test a smaller amount first.
- Avoid it if you have open wounds.
Note 2:
Add 1 teaspoon of coconut oil and 10-20 drops of essential oils of your choice to this amount of the basic mixture of epsom salt, sea salt and baking soda. You can add other ingredients of your choice, dry herbs and spices, oat flakes and powdered milk.
How is it used?
Add 2-4 tablespoons of this mixture to a warm bath and soak for 15–20 minutes.
Shelf life
Homemade bath salt can last for about 3 to 6 months, and often longer if you store it well.
To make it last as long as possible:
- keep it in a tightly closed jar.
- store in a dry and dark place (moisture is the greatest enemy).
- use a dry spoon when using for a bath.
