Sastojci: ¼ šolje pulpe aloe vera (oko 6 listova veličine oko 10 cm dužine i 2,5 do 3,8 širine), 1 kašika kokosovog ulja (opciono), ¼ kašičice ulja vitamina E, 1 kašičica svezeg soka od limuna (opciono).
9. Držite u frižideru do 7 dana.
Teglu čuvajte u frižideru, gde će ostati sveža do 7 do 10 dana.
Upotreba.
Uvek koristite čiste i suve ruke ili kašiku da zahvatite gel kako biste izbegli kontaminaciju.

More tips
Choose fresh aloe vera leaves.
Look for thick, fleshy leaves with a green color. The thicker the leaf, the more gel it will contain.
Avoid leaves that have turned yellow or brown.
Prepare leaves.
Wash leaves, trim the thorns
Start by thoroughly washing the aloe vera leaves under running water to remove dirt, pesticides, and other contaminants. This ensures the gel remains pure and safe for your skin.
After cleaning, use a sharp knife to trim off the thorns on both sides of the leaf.
Extract the gel.
Slice the aloe vera leaf lengthwise from top to bottom. Use a spoon to scoop out the gel from the inside of the leaf. Be gentle to avoid damaging the leaf, which could lead to less usable gel.
Blend the gel.
Place it into a blender. Blend the gel until it reaches a smooth, watery consistency. This will make it easier to apply to your skin.
Add preservatives.
If you want to extend the shelf life you can add Vitamin E oil and/or a teaspoon of lemon juice can also be added for its antimicrobial properties and freshness.
Store in an air-tight glass jar.
Transfer it into a clean, air-tight glass jars as they are non-reactive and keep the gel fresh. Store the jar in the refrigerator, where it will stay fresh for up to 7 to 10 days.
Usage.
Always use clean and dry hands or a spoon to scoop the gel to avoid contamination.
