Hladno procesni sapun - tvrdi sapun.
U zagradi su tacke topljenja u celzijus i farenhajt stepenima.
Sastojci: 60 ml ricinusovog ulja, 57 g kakao putera (33.8 do 37.7 C (93 do 100 F), 232 g kokosovog ulja (25.5 C, 78 F), 473 ml maslinovog ulja, 57 g ši (sea) putera (31.6 C do 37.7 C, 89 F do 100 F), 325,3 ml destilovane vode, 119 g natrijum hidroksida (lužina tj. kausticna soda), 26,6 ml eteričnog ulja peperminta, 14 g moringe u prahu.
Priprema:
1. Obucite majicu sa dugim rukavima, rukavice i zaštitne naočare.
2. Odmerite vodu i svoj natrijum hidroksid - luzinu.
Upozorenje:
Rastvor će postati izuzetno vruć i ispuštaće oštra isparenja – nemojte udisati isparenja!
11. Dodajte pepermint eterično ulje i moringa prah i izmiksajte štapnim blenderom.
Cold process soap - hard soap bars.
In parentheses are the melting points in degrees Celsius and degrees Fahrenheit.
Ingredients: 60 ml castor oil, 57 g cocoa butter (33.8 do 37.7 C (93 do 100 F), 232 g coconut oil (25.5 C, 78 F), 473 ml olive oil, 57 g shea butter (31.6 C do 37.7 C, 89 F do 100 F), 325.3 ml distilled water, 119 g sodium hydroxide (lye), 26.6 ml peppermint essential oil, 14 g moringa powder.
Preparation:
0. Prepare your area.
Have all the tools and equipment you need out and within reach.
Ensure that your production area will be undisturbed by pets, children or curious family members while you are soaping.
1. Put on long sleeves, gloves and safety goggles.
2. Weigh out your water and your lye.
3. In a well ventilated area, slowly add the lye to the water (not the other way around) and stir it with a stainless steel spoon to dissolve completely.
Warning:
The solution will become extremely hot and will give off pungent fumes – do not inhale the fumes!
4. Set it aside in a safe area to allow it to cool.
5. Weigh your oils and add them to your mixing bowl.
6. In the microwave or in a double boiler, melt your butters. Be sure to monitor it to avoid overheating past the melting point.
7. Add the butters to your mixing bowl with the oils.
8. Weigh out moringa powder.
9. In a glass container, weigh your essential or fragrance oil, and set it aside.
10. Slowly pour the lye solution into the mixing bowl with your butters and oils. Insert your stick blender and blend it at a reasonable speed, to avoid splashing, until the mixture reaches a trace.
11. Add the essential or fragrance oil and the moringa powder. Mix it in well with the stick blender. Only a few light pulses of the blender may be necessary to blend it all together.
13. Pour it into the prepared mold of your choice (25 cm)
14. Cover the mold and set it aside in an area where it will not be disturbed for 24 hours.
15. Check if the soap is firm enough to come out of the mold.
If not, let it sit for another day or two.
16. Once it is ready, remove it from the mold and cut it into bars.
17. Place the bars in a well-ventilated area to allow them to cure for a period of four to six weeks after which soap will be ready to use.
